Lash,Brow & Facial Appointments:
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $20 is required and goes towards the remaining balance.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.
All appointments are confirmed once a deposit has been received.
Booking confirmations are sent via email/text 48 hours before your appointment. Be sure to put the correct information when booking.
NO extra guests are permitted.
All payments must be made CASH ONLY after deposit is sent.
I will forward you deposit instructions and online consent forms via email/text.
Fill Policy:
Fills must be booked within 2-3 weeks (no more than 21 days) with at least 40% of lashes remaining. Anything less than 40% will be considered a new set.
Cancelation/Lateness/Rescheduling Policy:
Same day cancelations or any no shows will forfeit your deposit.
You are allowed to reschedule twice.
Rescheduling must be done 48 HOURS prior to your appointment.
You have a 30 min late grace period. After 30 min your appointment will be cancelled.
This is a home based studio; please refrain from coming more than 5 mins early to your appointment. When you arrive at your appointment, please TEXT me and wait in the car until I am ready.
Information Good to Know!
New Clients will be sent a New Client Consent form and Covid-19 Liability Release Waiver via email/text.
Do not come to your appointment with any make-up on. Do not wear waterproof mascara one week prior to your appointment. I provide free lash baths for all your appointments. Heavy makeup cleanup in an additional $10.
If you prefer a heating pad, please let me know prior to your appointment via text.
My lash bed is extremely comfortable however please let me know any injuries that prevent you from laying down down.
The products I use are meant for sensitive clients, please let me know me know if you have any allergies.
